One of the highlights is a 7.1.2 immersive private cinema room, fully acoustically treated to deliver a world-class home theater experience. The mansion also features a 5.2 high-ceiling media room with an electric fireplace, creating a cozy yet cinematic atmosphere enhanced by voice control automation.

Beyond design, Project Vegas is powered by innovation. The entire residence is integrated with smart lighting, smart audio systems, access control for intrusion prevention, CCTV, and a fire alarm system. To support energy efficiency, the home is equipped with a solar power system, ensuring reliable, sustainable living.

Taking over from a previous engineer posed challenges, but through on-job training with contractors and stakeholders, we streamlined execution and pushed the project to 90% completion, aligning every detail with the client’s vision.
